With over 15 years across engineering, corporate strategy, and entrepreneurship, I bring technical precision, founder empathy, and executive-level judgment to complex growth decisions.

I began my career in engineering and strategy roles, but a low tolerance for overcomplicated systems and a desire to see businesses actually work pulled me into operations and leadership.

After co-founding a consumer brand and earning my MBA, I saw a consistent pattern. Most CEOs do not need more tools. They need clearer sequencing, stronger decision architecture, and the right operational leadership at the right stage.

That insight led me to build HIGHPOINT.

Today, I partner with women CEOs leading established, multi-million dollar businesses who are navigating the shift from scrappy execution to structured scale. My role is to reduce noise, strengthen judgment, and ensure growth is supported by financial rigor, operating structure, and accountability.
